Marathon Pharmaceuticals Announces Appointment of Marc Yoskowitz as Vice President of Business Development

Former McKinsey Executive Joins Specialty Pharmaceutical Company.
Marathon Pharmaceuticals, LLC, a private-equity backed, fully-integrated specialty pharmaceutical company, announced today that it has appointed Marc Yoskowitz as Vice President of Business Development. Yoskowitz will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing corporate partnerships, strategic initiatives and new product opportunities
Prior to joining Marathon, Yoskowitz was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co. where he led McKinsey’s Midwest Corporate Finance Practice and was a member of the leadership team for the North American Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products Practice. His clients included a range of leading pharmaceutical companies, private equity and hedge funds. Yoskowitz’s roles included the development of value-add strategies, evaluation of potential partners and end-to-end deal team leadership across licensing, mergers and acquisition (M&A) and divestitures. Yoskowitz worked for three years as an M&A attorney at Davis, Polk & Wardwell in New York before joining McKinsey. He has a JD from Columbia University School of Law and BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
